Vicki Loh is an experienced litigator of 18 years standing, and is a director with Characterist LLC having spent around 9 years in an international law firm previously.
Her practice is varied and includes general civil and commercial litigation and advisory work, inter alia in the areas of insurance, shipping, construction, employment, banking, tenancy and contentious probate. She has also undertaken prosecution and advisory work on behalf of government and statutory boards and acted as legal advisor in disciplinary inquiries.
She was also previously a Strata Titles Board panel member and is well versed with all manner of strata title-related disputes.
